1. Drink plenty of water
Although it is quite a basic tip for your daily life, this can be of great help to reduce indigestion during pregnancy. While you are pregnant, try and make large eight glasses of water to be your daily consumption and the more the better. Also make sure that the water you drink is clean and germ free so that you don’t drink contaminated water.
2. Eat high-fiber diet
Eating high fiber diet can be an excellent option to speed up your metabolism at any time. When you are pregnant, make sure that you eat fiber rich food such as whole grains, vegetables, fruits, legumes and more. 3. Regular exercise

8. Eat in small proportions
